Chúc Mừng Năm Mới
Mom & I in our traditional Vietnamese dresses (ao dai)

Lunar New Year is a big deal for us Asians. In Vietnam, the city shuts down for about 2 weeks to celebrate this great holiday. I was there for Tet (LNY) back in 2010 and got to experience the excitement of this special occasion.
Lunar New Years' greetings are wishes of prosperity, good health, fortune, and of course, happiness; I wish all of you guys a joyous Lunar New Year celebration and may this year of the horse bring the best of luck to your endeavors! I am looking forward to great things in 2014!
I'll admit it, I have a love/hate relationship with New York City. When I'm away, I think about the dirty streets, rude pedestrians, and unforgivable traffic... but when I'm back, I feel the life of the city.
