Ok, you guys are probably going to think I’m crazy, but yes I did it: I got my vagina steamed. I first heard about it when I saw Chrissy Teigen’s Instagram post. In case y’all didn’t know, her mom is Thai and I’m pretty sure she made Chrissy get a postpartum vagina steam. There’s so many asian postpartum rituals that deserves its own post. Anyway, I was intrigued.

Coincidentally, my girlfriend texted me during the same time and told me she opened up a VSpa in Chicago. I was really excited to go and check out her new spa!

What is a vagina steam?

My take on it is it’s like a facial, but for your vagina.
