Traveling has always been a great passion of mine and with the new addition to our family, baby Preston, we've taken a little hiatus from our travels to adapt to parenthood. Nevertheless, I've always dreamt of taking my little ones around the world to show them life's greatest adventures!

Preston, my friend Hannah, and I took off for a little European holiday for baby's first international trip. We started the journey in Florence, Italy, visited Pisa, and took a grand tour down the coastal Italian Riviera. It was everything dreams were made of and more...

From perfect blue waters that glistened like diamonds to big colorful umbrellas lining the beautiful shoreline, to the smell of the crisp-salty air, I really thought I was starring in the perfect Italian film! And to have Preston experience all of this with was completely priceless. It was such a memorable trip full of exciting firsts and adventures for us! I know Preston won't remember any of it, but I'll have videos and photos to share with him when he gets older!

When I first discovered Jardin d'Amalfi from the prestigious House of Creed, the name initially drew me in, after smelling it, however, I was in love. The citrus fresh scent of bergamot and lemon brought me back to my wonderful holiday with my son along the French Riviera that one European summer. Scents have a nostalgic way of bringing us back to a certain memory, almost like an uncontrollable wave of feelings taking over our bodies.

Whenever I wear Jardin d'Amalfi, I feel happy, I feel smitten, I feel grateful to have watched the innocence and joy on my little baby's face as he was covered in a mess tasting his very first gelato along the coast of Italy on that hot summer day.

I'm glad I'll always have a little piece of Italy right by my side.
