When City Center was built several years back, it was intended to be a super luxe centralized 'city within a city.' With high rise residential living, shopping, dining, and entertainment within one locale, it was supposed to be the new IT spot for young professionals, elite nightlife personnels, and the likes of professional poker players. With the past devastation of the Las Vegas real estate market crash however, it's been more of a quiet neighborhood. Although, things are starting to look a lot brighter as the economy is rebuilding itself.
I went to Vdara Resorts to serve as the beautiful picturesque backdrop for this outfit. Vdara is one of several hotels in Vegas that is non-gaming and non-smoking (The Trump & The Mandarin Oriental are others). It's a perfect stay for that person who doesn't gamble and don't want to deal with loud all-nighters. My last staycation there was very nice; the coffee shop was definitely the hot spot in the mornings and as I came back this time, I had to stop and grab my favorite pastry--their cheese danish! So buttery & flaky... yum!
On another note, I received a not very nice message just now as I was blogging. Typically, I don't pay much attention to negativity, but i think it's a good thing for me to call Anonymous out as I'm sure many of you deal with this kind of situation just like me.
RE: Well, I'm really sorry you feel that way. Just smile and walk away.
